• Free for orders over 500 SAR
• 50 SAR for orders less than 500 SAR
• Additional fees for remote areas

Returns and Exchanges

Return Conditions:

• Product must be in its original condition without use
• Keep the original packaging and all accessories
• Submit return request within 14 days from receipt date
• Attach purchase invoice

Non-Returnable Products:

• Custom-made products
• Used or damaged products due to misuse
• Final Sale items
